Goal: Understand what's in each Vyndra tier, what you'll pay, and how to switch plans.

Who this is for: Whoever owns billing for the Vyndra account. Usually the admin or founder.

The four paid tiers

• Pro — $19/mo — single user, unlimited projects, full AI features with a monthly cap. Best for solo PMs and consultants.
• Team — from $182/mo — minimum 5 seats, collaboration, shared RAID logs, role-based permissions. Best for small PMOs.
• Business — custom pricing — adds AI Demand Intelligence (AI Triage, Strategic Alignment, AI Brief), Annual Demand Cycle workspace, advanced reporting. Best for mid-market teams formalizing intake.
• Enterprise — custom pricing — adds SSO, audit log retention, dedicated support, SLA. Best for regulated or 100+ user orgs.

There's also a Free tier (1 user, 3 active projects, no AI) for trying things out.

Trial users

When you first sign up, you get a 14-day trial of Pro with 100 AI credits included. No credit card required. You'll get a banner showing days remaining and credits left.

Steps to upgrade

1. Sidebar → click your name (bottom of the sidebar) → Account Settings.
2. Click the Billing tab.
3. Click Change Plan. The plan picker shows available tiers with current and recommended highlighted.
4. Pick your target tier. For Team/Business, set the seat count (minimum 5 / negotiated, respectively).
5. Click Continue to Checkout. Stripe handles payment.
6. You're upgraded immediately; the new caps and features apply right away.

Steps to downgrade or cancel

1. Same path: Account Settings → Billing.
2. Click Change Plan → pick a lower tier.
