Goal: Create your first project in Vyndra in under 3 minutes so you have something to manage.
Who this is for: Anyone with permission to create projects (typically PM, Portfolio Manager, PMO, Admin, or System Admin roles).
What you'll need: A Vyndra account, and a rough idea of what you want to track — a real project, a personal initiative, or even a sample one to learn the tool.
From the sidebar on the left, click All Projects.
Top-right of the All Projects page, click + New Project. (If you don't see the button, your role doesn't have permission — ask your admin.)
The Create New Project dialog opens. Pick a starting point at the top:

Fill in the Project Details section:
Project Name (required) — what your team calls this work (e.g., "Q3 Customer Portal Redesign")
Code (required, auto-generated) — short code like LA0-001. Auto-generated from your workspace prefix; edit if you want a custom code
Project Manager (required) — defaults to you; reassign if needed
Portfolio (optional) — pick a portfolio to roll this project up into, or leave as "Standalone"
Phase — defaults to Planning; pick whichever phase you're starting in
Start Date / End Date — your best estimate; refine later
Budget (required) — total project budget in dollars
Development Approach (required) — choose how you'll deliver:

Click Create Project. You'll land on the project dashboard.
