What Vyndra generates
A status report includes:
- Health summary (Green / Yellow / Red) with a 2-3 sentence rationale
- Progress this period (% complete, milestones hit, missed)
- Open risks & issues (top 5, prioritized)
- Decisions needed (anything that needs a sponsor decision)
- Next period focus (what's coming up)
All pulled from your project's actual data — RAID log, schedule, decisions, and recent updates.
Steps
- Sidebar → Reporting & Status.
- Pick a scope:
- Project Status Report — single project
- Program Status Report — rolls up child projects
- Portfolio Status Report — rolls up programs + standalone projects
- Pick the target (which project, program, or portfolio).
- Click Generate Report. AI processes for 10-30 seconds.
- Review the draft. Edit any section inline.
- Export options:
- Download PDF — share with execs
- Copy to clipboard — paste into email / Slack
- Save snapshot — keeps a versioned copy in Vyndra
Tip
Run reports on a regular cadence (e.g., every Friday). Vyndra's report quality scales with how complete your project data is — projects with active RAID logs and recent task updates produce sharper reports than ones with stale data.
